After 45 years at the bedside doing critical care nursing, I have retired. In my chosen profession I dealt with life and death on a daily basis. I am happiest when I have a camera in my hands and concentrating on the moment. Every time I lift the camera to my eye, I celebrate life. These images tell you something about who I am as well as the things I love and what brings happiness to my life.
A special thank you to Elizabeth Buchanan for this fun portrait of me, taken in Deep Ellum... Dallas, Texas.
